Participating in “SEMICON® JAPAN 2022” Promoting our initiatives in both business and ESG perspectives

KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and CEO: Fumiyuki Kanai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan) is pleased to announce of our participation in “SEMICON^® JAPAN 2022” that will take place at the East Exhibition Halls of TOKYO BIG SIGHT from Wednesday 14^th to Friday 16^th December 2022.

“SEMICON^® JAPAN 2022” is an international exhibition of the electronics manufacturing such as manufacturing technologies, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry.

At our booth, under the sustainability management which our Group promotes, we will introduce our business activities and ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) initiatives. Our products “TSURUGI-C²^® 剱^®“ -High Quality & High performance Thermal Deposition Equipment-, “AdvancedAce^®Ⅱ” -High-productivity Batch Deposition Equipment-, and some products from our Group company Kokusai Electric Semiconductor Service Inc. “VR300DH1/DH3” -Resistivity Measurement System- etc., will be offered with product panels. We’ll also have a corner to introduce our sustainability management showing the business activities and ESG initiatives with panels and movies.
