(hereafter “TechInsights”, headquarters: Ottawa, Canada), which provides technology and intellectual property consulting services for the microelectronics industry. KOKUSAI ELECTRIC won the 10 BEST award, which recognizes top 10 highly acclaimed semiconductor manufacturing equipment suppliers, for the 25th consecutive year.

TechInsights’s customer satisfaction survey collects 17,546 responses from over 63% of customers in the semiconductor market and over 80% of subsystem users and evaluates semiconductor equipment suppliers on 14 items based on three key factors: supplier performance, customer service, and product performance.
