On June 1, 2018 we KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President & CEO: Fumiyuki Kanai) have just started the business exclusively dedicated to thin-film process solution business under the new organization as the result of absorptiontype of the company split from Hitachi Kokusai Electric Inc.
We KOKUSAI ELECTRIC was established in 1949 as “Kokusai Electric Co., Ltd.” and we have been pursuing leading-edge technology in cooperation with our customers also, we survived the harsh competition of the market in response to wide variety of needs from customers. Most recently, we develop, manufacture and sell a semiconductor manufacturing system and provide a various service with customers and now we believe we can generate superior performance continuously, supported by the aggressive investment of chip manufacturer. We turn this company split into a good opportunity for brushing up on management resource and speeding up business judgement. We will continue to facilitate to upgrade technical strength and improve service quality, through this activity we pursue greater cooperation with customers and provide high-value added systems with them.
