Recognized as a 2025 Silver Partner by TABLE FOR TWO

KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and Chief Executive Officer: Kazunori Tsukada, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has been recognized as a 2024 Silver Partner by TABLE FOR TWO International, a specified non-profit corporation. This marks three straight years of recognition from 2022.

TABLE FOR TWO (hereinafter “TFT”) is a program where payment for a service purchased turns partly into a donation to be used to provide school meals for children in developing countries in order to resolve global food imbalances while improving the health of people in both developing and developed countries.

We agree with this activity and offer a TFT set meal that changes from day to day in a company cafeteria in the Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center and Tonami Manufacturing Center. Ordering a health-conscious TFT meal produces a donation of 20 yen per meal, which is used to provide school meals for children in developing countries. Our group has a total of eight beverage vending machines serving as a TFT program; they are placed in the headquarters, the Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center, etc. These efforts in 2023 have led to our recognition as a 2024 Silver Partner. The Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center has implemented this program since 2015.

Under the corporate slogan “Technology & Tai-wa for Tomorrow,” we will pursue economic, environmental, and social values from both business and ESG (resolving environmental and social issues and strengthening governance) aspects, with the aim of contributing to the achievement of SDGs and realizing a sustainable society and our group’s sustainable development.
