KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and Chief Executive Officer: Fumiyuki Kanai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) has been selected as the Best Deal in the Initial Public Offering (IPO) category of “Deal of the Year 2023” by Nikkei Veritas, a weekly investment and financial information magazine published by Nihon Keizai Shimbun Inc.
“Deal of the Year'' is an evaluation of the year's funding deals through a survey of domestic institutional investors and securities companies. Upon selection, we received a general comment that “further growth can be expected through funding.”
Our group aims to improve corporate value from both aspects of business and ESG activities (resolving environmental and social issues, strengthening governance). Additionally, we will disclose information in a timely, appropriate, and fair manner, and will actively engage in dialogue with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders.
