We would like to express our deepest sympathies to everyone affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake. We pray for the safety of everyone in the affected areas and for the earliest possible recovery and reconstruction of those areas.
Our group has Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center and group company’s sites in Toyama Prefecture, and we have confirmed that all employees and their families are safe.
At the Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center, which is the core of manufacturing and development in our group, there was no serious damage, but there was partial damage to some of the facility's ceiling panels, wall materials, air conditioning piping. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out safety checks, cleaning, repairs, and normal operations are scheduled to begin gradually from January 9th.
Regarding damage to the entire supply chain, we will work with partner companies to minimize the impact.
