The KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and Chief Executive Officer: Fumiyuki Kanai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo) will participate in SEMICON® JAPAN 2023, to be held for three days from Wednesday, December 13 to Friday, December 15 at Tokyo Big Sight (East Exhibition Halls).
SEMICON® JAPAN 2023 is an international exhibition of the electronics manufacturers supply chain, covering manufacturing technology, equipment, and materials in the semiconductor industry as well as smart applications such as for automobiles and IoT devices.
Our booth will show, on panels, equipment that supports cutting-edge devices, for example, batch deposition equipment, treatment equipment, equipment for ultra-high temperature SiC power devices, and MEMS-specific equipment that allows for micrometer-order thickness. A section featuring sustainability management will also be set up with panels and videos, where visitors can learn about our business activities and ESG efforts (solving environmental and social issues, and strengthening governance).
