Certified as a “2023 Silver Partner” by TABLE FOR TWO

KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and CEO: Fumiyuki Kanai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan) is proud to announce that it has been certified as a “2023 Silver Partner” of TABLE FOR TWO International.

TABLE FOR TWO (TFT) is a program in which part of the proceeds from the purchase of eligible food, products, or services are donated to provide school meals for children in developing countries. Its goal is to eliminate the global food imbalance and improve the health of people in both developing and developed countries and at the same time improve.

We support the activities of TFT and offer TFT menu of the day at the staff canteen Mountain View Cafeteria in Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center. By ordering this healthy menu, 20 yen per meal is donated to school meals for children in developing countries. In addition, a total of seven beverage vending machines covered by the TFT program have been installed Group-wide, including the Head Office and the Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center. These efforts during 2022 earned us a “2023 Silver Partner” certification. Toyama Technology & Manufacturing Center has been participating in the TFT program since 2015.
