KOKUSAI ELECTRIC CORPORATION (President and CEO: Fumiyuki Kanai, Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan) is pleased to announce that we will co-sponsor the 70th JSAP Spring Meeting 2023, which will take place at the Yotsuya Campus of Sophia University and online in a hybrid format from March 15 (Wed.) to 18 (Sat.).
Originating from the journal “OYO BUTURI (Applied Physics)” first published in 1932, the Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) is an academic society connecting science and physics with engineering and the industry. With a membership of more than 20,000, JSAP continues with active academic activities, working on different front-line issues and interdisciplinary subjects in different periods which come up in areas common to engineering and physics, such as semiconductors, optical and quantum electronics and new materials.
As a semiconductor production equipment manufacturer which will lead the future semiconductor industry, we have decided to co-sponsor the annual spring meeting organized by the academic society. Three groups will give oral presentations on behalf of KOKUSAI ELECTRIC and one of our joint research partners.
